Spring Checking Clinic

Clinic Overview

This clinic will show and train players how to deliver and receive body checks.  Our coaches will teach players the importance of what "body checking" means by teaching the concepts of puck separation and competing for space on the ice.  During the clinic, coaches will go into all of the in depth detail a player needs to keep themselves and others safe by effectively competing for space through correct body contact approaches and techniques.
